ICE CREAM CUPCAKES

Ice cream & cupcakes?! The perfect pair! This is great for an ice cream themed party, summer, or any birthday or celebration really! I made these with my toddler and he had a blast! Just save yourself the extra hassle and grab a box of funfetti cake and Pillsbury frosting (like I did) unless you really want to shine and do these babies from scratch. Otherwise, enjoy this easy DIY that is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face!

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and gently set your cake cones in an ice cream pan

  • Follow your cake mix recipe as usual

  • Fill cones up halfway with cake batter

  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven (but bake until just golden on the tops and sides)

  • Cool for 30 minutes and decorate!

  • DONE AND YUM!!
