Strawberry Mint Mojito

  • Muddle a few pieces of mint just until fragrant in a mixer

  • Muddle handful of strawberries OR blend in a blender and add to the mixer

  • Add a TBSP simple syrup

  • Add a shot or two of Bacardi rum

  • Add fresh lime juice from one lime

  • Shake all ingredients with ice

  • Pour over ice + top with soda water
