A Magical Birthday in LuLu Land

Lululand… magic details and links below!

Our girl LOVES Disneyland, loves colors, she’s happy and she sums up all the magic that Disneyland is so we decided on a ‘Lululand’ day for her!

It ended up snowing all week (she was born on an 80 degree day and her first birthday was on a warm sunny day as well) so anyways, party got partially downsized and moved inside! However, our surprise guests weren’t bothered by the snow (😜) we invited two special snow princesses (aka Ana and Elsa) and the party was over-the-top magical after that!

Please enjoy some photos and videos below! Under the gallery will be the links to vendors and supplies i purchased.

For the details…..

STYLING: Obviously me! I started with a mood board as I always do and started gathering supplies from there!

TREATS: First off, the amazing two-tier cake: Campbell Cakes LLC - Grace is amazing and always goes above and beyond my expectations! Minnie Mouse Cake: made by Lucy’s Papa (my dad) who also made me a similar cake for one of my toddler birthdays. Lastly, churros and homemade sauce: Chalk to Flour Kristina is awesome and made these baked churros and two homemade sauces and I would argue that they turned out better than Disneyland churros!

DECORATIONS: Speaking of that mood board… almost immediately I added custom signage and treat bags by the sweet Olive Studio Project to my board and placed my orders with them! I ordered customized Lululand treat bags and a ‘Lululand’ digital file poster that I then printed and framed. The colorful honeycomb is all from Oh Happy Day party shop. I am starting a honeycomb collection because I just taped these to the wall rather than using the stickies that it comes with and then took them down and they are storing beautifully! They will be loved for many more occasions. The cute plates and napkins are both from Bonjour Fete! The large Minnie Mouse cardboard stand was from Oriental Trading and has already been passed on for another second birthday so it is getting its moneys worth! Dumbo and the mouse ears are both treasures we have collected on our trips to Disneyland. The helium balloons are all from the Bend Party Store. The castle treat containers and princess favors were both from my very own Happy Bash Co shop. Almost all other decorations are things that I already had at home! Feel free to DM me on Instagram or reach out if you have any specific questions or would like any other links.

INVITES: The beautiful invites were designed by a friend who lives here in Bend. They are custom and amazing and I couldn’t be happier with them! Emilie Tufts

PRINCESSES: I have to start out by saying these ladies were wonderful!!!! They were in contact with me via text the day of and as soon as they walked through the door it was pure magic! They played games, engaged, did face painting, sang songs and danced, read books and to end their visit they did a coronation ceremony for my daughter and it was the sweetest thing I have ever seen! It’s what totally made her party and I can’t recommend them enough! I will definitely be hiring to come back the very next opportunity that I have! Princesses were from Royal Appearances Central Oregon

Please let me know if there are any more details you would like from the party! Below are two sweet videos from the day.
